About the event
Join us for a relaxing morning of yoga at Legacy Golf Course led by instructor Amy.
Classes will take place from 10 AM to 11 AM. If weather allows, the session will be held outdoors. If not, we will move inside the Pavilion.
This class is open to all experience levels and designed to be a welcoming and comfortable environment whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice.
Participants should bring their own yoga mat and water.
About the instructor
Amy is originally from California and relocated to Iowa nine years ago. She began practicing yoga at Transform Yoga and eventually found her calling to become a certified Vinyasa instructor.
